Delivery Issues #
Issues with deliveries can be frustrating. Here’s how you can address common delivery problems such as missed deliveries, undeliverable addresses, or lost packages:
Missed Deliveries #
- Redelivery: If you miss a delivery, most carriers will leave a notice and attempt to redeliver on the next business day. You can also contact them to schedule a redelivery at your convenience.
Undeliverable Addresses #
- Correct and Resubmit: If your package is returned as undeliverable, it’s usually due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Please contact our customer service to verify the address and resubmit your order.
Lost Packages #
- Report Immediately: If your package is lost in transit, please report it to our customer support as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Investigation: We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and attempt to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
