Conditions for Refunds #
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, as-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Window: You must initiate your return within 14 days of the date you received the item.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refund claims.
Steps to Receive a Refund #
- Initiate Your Return: Start your return by logging into your account, navigating to the ‘My Orders’ section, selecting the relevant order, and clicking on ‘Return Items.’
- Approval of Return: Once your return request is submitted, we will review it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If approved, we will send you a return label via email.
- Send the Item Back: Attach the provided return label to your package and send the item back to us using the designated carrier. Remember, the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or the error was ours.
- Inspecting the Return: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it matches the condition required for a refund.
- Processing the Refund: If the returned item meets all conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Refund Timing #
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive and process your return once it has been shipped.
- Credit Issuance: Following the inspection and approval of the return, your refund will typically appear on your credit statement within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items #
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Personalized or Customized Products: These items are also non-refundable unless they are defective.
