Return Time Frame #
- 14-Day Returns: You can return any product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Condition of Products #
- As-New Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Products that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
How to Return an Item #
- Initiate a Return: Log into your account and navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section. Find the order with the item you wish to return and click on the ‘Return Items’ link.
- Fill Out the Return Form: Complete the return form provided online, specifying whether you prefer a refund or exchange and the reason for the return.
- Print Return Label: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label via email. Print this label and attach it to the return package.
- Ship the Item Back: Drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier’s location. The return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items #
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return unless defective.
